Being an employer just got harder - are you ready?
With new legal requirements, shifting workplace trends and evolving expectations, employing people in 2025 is more complex than ever before.
Join us for an engaging round table discussion, led by Jamie Gamble (Partner in Ward Hadaway’s Employment Team), where we’ll tackle the key challenges facing employers today, as well as exploring the latest changes and opportunities in employment law. This open conversation is designed to help you navigate complex regulations, share experiences, gain valuable insights to stay ahead of the curve and explore the big questions shaping the future of work with your peers.
Our round table will be guided by the following conversation points:
Navigating New Employment Regulations
We’ll break down the latest legislative updates (including tax regulations and employee rights) and discuss how they might affect employers, employees and workplace policies.
Going Beyond Compliance
From becoming a ‘Living Wage’ employer to adopting new working models, we’ll explore the pros and cons of going beyond the legal minimum and what it could mean for your business.
Adapting to Workplace Trends
With more companies embracing changes such as hybrid working or the four-day workweek, we’ll discuss these trends and how they might affect your workforce and operations.
This round table is a great opportunity to share experiences with fellow entrepreneurs in an honest and open environment while gaining an expert perspective from Jamie, who has specialised in employment law since 2002.
