Today, iamproperty is a powerhouse in the proptech space, working with over 6,500 estate agency branches across the UK with a team of over 700. But while the business has evolved, the vision remains the same: to make moving better for everyone involved.

From its early days as iamsold, a specialist in property auctions, Ben has helped the business break into new markets such as conveyancing, compliance, CRM and lead generation. His passion lies in innovation, and he constantly seeks out new ways to develop digital solutions that empower property professionals and drive profitability.

Jamie, meanwhile, has been instrumental in ensuring iamsold remains the UK’s leading residential auction provider. Overseeing its rapid growth, he’s driven by a commitment to continuous innovation, keeping iamproperty’s auction services ahead of the curve while leading day-to-day operations.

With an ambition to reshape the way property is bought and sold, Ben and Jamie’s journey is one of determination, disruption and relentless drive, leading them to win the Forum’s inaugural Scale-up Award in 2017 and its Entrepreneur of the Year title in 2023.
