An impressive line-up of conference speakers has been announced by the Entrepreneurs’ Forum for their ‘Fortune Favours the Brave’ conference this May.
Entrepreneurs from across the North East will gather at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, for a day of inspirational talks and networking on 25th May. The programme includes five outstanding speakers, each with their own unique stories of bravery.
Dr Kanya King CBE is best known for her services to the music industry after launching MOBO in 1996. Since building it into a globally respected brand, it has established itself as a champion of diversity, inclusion, and recognition for black and minority ethnic talent.
Tony Anderson was easyJet’s third employee and first Sales and Marketing Director and was instrumental in catapulting easyJet to success. Working closely with Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the company revolutionised air travel with low-cost flights and online bookings.
Co-founder, Shelley Lawson, of global children’s bicycle brand, Frog Bikes will also take to the stage to share the story of how they have become one of the most sought-after bike brands in the industry.
Attendees will also hear from John Adamson from Ramside Estates, one of the largest privately owned hospitality businesses in the North East and Andy Mawson, Director of Operations at the Great North Air Ambulance Service, who has dedicated his career to saving lives in some of the most challenging circumstances.
