One of the North East’s leading healthcare law firms has secured its place on three prestigious National Healthcare Service (NHS) frameworks for a further four years.
In what was a highly competitive process, Ward Hadaway’s wealth of experience in healthcare law has earned the firm a coveted position on the HealthTrust Europe, NHS Commercial Solutions, and NHS Shared Business Services legal services frameworks, strengthening its position as a leading legal partner of choice for NHS organisations across England.
The legal services covered by the framework span a wide range of services, including employment matters, procurement, inquests, Private Finance Initiatives (PFI), regulatory compliance, estate management, commercial, and insolvency legal matters.
Across the North East, Ward Hadaway works with several NHS trusts including Tees and North East Yorkshire NHS Foundation Trust, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and North East Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust.
