A corporate finance firm says it has an exciting future after celebrating an anniversary with record results.
RG Corporate Finance has marked its 15th year with best-ever annual fee income and EBITDA figures.
Operating nationally from bases in Newcastle, York and London, the firm supports clients across areas including company disposals and acquisitions, equity and debt raising, refinancing and management buy-outs and buy-ins.
Founded in 2011 by partner and head of corporate finance Carl Swansbury, it employs more than 20 staff.
Counting work with buyers and investors from Japan, Sweden, the US, mainland Europe and beyond, its portfolio includes supporting a management buy-out at Peterlee-based GT Group and advising on the sale of London-based Australasian Recruitment Company and New Zealand-based Home Recruitment to UK-based Bluestones Investment Group.
