durhamlane, the leading UK B2B sales outsourcing specialist, has relocated from Silverlink to the heart of Newcastle city centre, taking 4,000 sq ft at Generator Studios on a five-year lease.

The team moved into the new office at the beginning of October. The move marks a new chapter for the company as it continues to grow, helping B2B clients across the UK, and globally grow their sales pipeline and revenue. It also gives the team and their visiting clients a modern city centre base.
Generator Studios offers modern, creative workspace in the centre of Newcastle. Its established occupiers include Gardiner Richardson, Black and White, Zerolight and Lantern Building Consultancy. durhamlane joins them, along with new tenants OTCX and Invenirex.
Founded in 2011 by Lee Durham and Richard Lane, and led by Managing Director Jake Spence since 2022, durhamlane has grown into a trusted outsourced B2B sales partner to global brands.
Jake Spence, Managing Director of durhamlane said “Our clients across the UK, Europe and North America rely on us to bring sharp thinking and real commercial outcomes, and that starts with the environment our people work in. We’ve built a team we’re incredibly proud of, and they deserve a home that matches the energy and ambition they bring every day. We’re right in the heart of Newcastle at Generator Studios, in a space designed for collaboration, learning and growth. It’s a statement about where we’re heading, and we’re excited about what this next step brings.”
Michael Downey, Managing Director of Parker Knights said “durhamlane’s move to Generator Studios is a great example of a growing business choosing a modern city centre base that works for both their team and their clients. Generator Studios offers flexible, characterful space in a central location, and demand for that kind of workspace remains strong. We wish Jake and the team every success in their new home.”
