UK-wide HR consultancy Inspired HR has promoted Jenny Rolfe to Director, as the business continues its growth alongside the ongoing expansion of its neurodiversity division, Inspired Minds.
Rolfe joined Inspired HR as Senior HR Consultant and has been promoted twice since, first to Head of HR Consultancy and now to Director in her sixth year with the company.
Since she joined, Inspired HR has grown from a team of four to a team of 12, working alongside a large portfolio of trusted partners.
The promotion supports Inspired HR's growth plans as its newer division, Inspired Minds, continues to build momentum. Rolfe will oversee the day-to-day running and growth of Inspired HR, while also supporting Inspired Minds alongside the wider team.
The move frees Founder and CEO Nikki Masterman to focus on growing Inspired Minds.
The consultancy is conducting more specialised neurodiversity work than ever before, reflecting the changing needs of a workforce in which over 15% of individuals are neurodivergent.
