Peer Networks is back for Tees Valley business leaders

  • Do you want to grow and develop your business for future success?
  • Want support from other business leaders to overcome challenges?
  • Interested in new opportunities on the horizon in the Tees Valley?

Through Peer Networks you can join free, structured group sessions with other local business leaders to work through your common business issues, find practical solutions to the challenges you’re facing, and explore new opportunities.

How Does Peer Networks Work?

Get matched with a trusted network of likeminded business leaders

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire to help us understand where your business is now and what areas you want to explore – from finance and HR to sales, marketing and more. We will then match you with a small cohort of likeminded business leaders who have identified similar interests to you.

Learn from your peers through high impact group sessions

A professional facilitator will support your group in regular structured sessions to work through your common challenges and opportunities. Through interactive action learning you can discuss your challenges, get valuable feedback from your peers, and work to find practical solutions to help build and strengthen your business.

Access free specialist 1-2-1 support

You can also access up to 3.5 hours of FREE specialist mentoring, coaching or advice, matched to your specific needs to help you build on your learning experience from the group sessions.
