Dallas TX and Newcastle based company - Samuel Knight Energy & Digital Infrastructure today announced a strategic partnership with SB Energy to deliver a new Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution, supporting the rapid growth of next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) and energy infrastructure projects in the United States.
This partnership aligns with SB Energy’s recent announcement of its strategic collaboration with OpenAI as part of the landmark Stargate initiative. The initiative represents a major step forward in scaling AI and energy infrastructure, backed by a $500 billion commitment announced earlier this year.
As part of this broader effort, OpenAI and SoftBank Group are each investing $500 million into SB Energy to accelerate the development of critical infrastructure needed to support increasing AI compute demand. SB Energy has also been selected to build and operate OpenAI’s previously announced 1.2 GW data center site in Milam County, Texas.
Samuel Knight’s tailored RPO solution will enable SB Energy to efficiently scale its workforce, ensuring access to specialized talent across energy, digital infrastructure, and data center development. The partnership is designed to support SB Energy’s ambitious pipeline, which includes multiple multi-gigawatt data center campuses currently under development, with initial facilities expected to become operational starting in 2026.
