SEO specialists appoint strategic partners to drive further business growth

A rapidly growing digital marketing agency has appointed a business transformation company and a PR partner to help achieve its ambitions for further expansion.

Demand for the services of Tyneside-based ROAR Digital Marketing, which specialises in strategic SEO and PPC solutions, has grown by nearly 50 per cent in the past two months.

ROAR founder and managing director Michael Knowles has now enlisted the services of 32West, an integrated PR and communications agency, and Interdigitate, a change and transformation business, to elevate his business to the next level of professionalism and stimulate a further increase in client base.

32West, which operates across the North of England, will raise awareness of the Search Engine Marketing specialists to a wider audience, and Northumberland-based Interdigitate will provide independent analysis of current working practices and introduce slicker processes to ensure ROAR has the capabilities and adequate resources to cope with an increased workload.

Michael said: “The past 12 months in particular have been a bit of a whirlwind for ROAR Digital Marketing as our client base has grown significantly, from Scotland right down to London, and news about the successes we have achieved for our customers is constantly spreading.

“We understand as a business there are things we can be doing better to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans, and enlisting the services of specialists in their field will make sure that we can continue to strive to be the best while placing the same importance on ensuring our customers receive a personal and professional service at all times.

“Having spent time with the teams at Interdigitate and 32West, there is no doubt in my mind that their high levels of expertise in business will provide us the platform to increase our activity across the UK and beyond, and allow us as a company to grow accordingly.”

Interdigitate is a change and transformation business which analyses businesses from top to bottom to understand their daily operations and staffing structures, and then helps implement new or improved processes in readiness for their future development.

Working with organisations across multiple sectors, including the NHS, manufacturing, third sector and education, the company has recently acquired coveted Lumina Learning status which will see its team carry out personality profiling to understand each individual within a company in order to formulate best working practices.

Simon Merchant, a director at Interdigitate, said: “Michael is extremely energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious with an excellent digital business, and we are very excited to be working with him and his team at ROAR as they drive forwards with their plans to grow their client base.

“We will analyse the business in minute detail looking at how it serves its customers from end to end, meet each member of the team to understand the people within the business, detail its ways of working and what needs to change for it to become more sustainable, and how we can help it transform and evolve.”

David Coulter, 32West’s client relationship manager for the North East, said: “There is a real buzz around the excellent work carried out by ROAR Digital Marketing, and the growth of the business has been exciting to witness. We are looking forward to spreading the word further afield about their expertise and to creating further opportunities for ROAR to share their high level of knowledge on Search Engine Marketing with other businesses.”
