After several fantastic years that have seen rapid financial and staff growth, essential ICT solutions supplier Smart IT is excited to be taking the next step with the acquisition of a brand new Head Office. Based in the heart of Team Valley, the new facility is three times larger than their existing space, allowing Smart IT to continue to flourish.
Despite the challenging economic climate of the past few years, Gateshead-based IT specialist Smart IT has defied the odds and enjoyed fantastic growth. Working with businesses across the United Kingdom, the company has grown by 30% over the last 12 months and is now ready to take the brand to the next level with an exciting new head office expansion.
Situated on the same Team Valley Trading Estate as their existing office, the building was previously occupied by Changing Lives and used as their UK head office and boasts over 10,000 square foot of office space, it’s also closer to the main shopping areas and will provide Smart IT with three times more space. This will allow the ICT solutions supplier to continue to expand its team, with room for over 150 members of staff. Alongside the exciting new HQ, Smart IT will continue to operate nationwide satellite offices, with field sales and engineers working to ensure unrivalled support for customers the length and breadth of the country.
The £1m investment is a significant levelling up for Smart IT and cements their commitment to growth and innovation, ensuring that they can continue to create a positive impact and remain at the fore of cutting-edge technology solutions to clients.
