Craig Daly is the co-founder, Managing Director and owner of Northern Print Solutions Group, a North East based print, production and campaign delivery group supporting brands, marketing teams and agencies across the UK.
Craig’s journey in print started from the ground up. With a background in print and design, he co-founded Northern Print Solutions and started the business from nothing, working out of a garage. From the beginning, the company was built around hard work, customer service and a practical understanding of what customers needed.
Craig later completed a management buyout, taking full ownership of Northern Print Solutions and leading the business into its next stage of growth. Since then, he has grown the business from a small regional print company into a wider production group, investing in people, production capability, systems and technology, while also expanding through acquisition.
Today, Northern Print Solutions Group brings together design, small format print, large format, signage, display, POS, packaging, direct mail, fulfilment and campaign delivery. The aim is simple: to help customers deliver more of their marketing and production activity through one joined up partner, with less hassle, better control and fewer moving parts.
In 2026, the group completed the acquisition of Design Xpress, a Consett based large format print and display specialist. The deal doubled the scale of the group, creating a combined team of 24 people across Gateshead, Durham and Consett, with turnover just over £3 million.
For Craig, the acquisition is part of a longer term growth journey. His focus is on continuing to grow the group by delivering the service, quality, reliability and value customers expect, while building stronger systems, better capability and more opportunities for the team.
Outside of work, Craig is a dad of three and enjoys music, basketball, travel, New York City and spending time with his family.
