Warren originally formed United Carlton Office systems, an office print equipment supplier and service provider, in 1996.

The business grew to over 100 employees and £17m turnover in 2019 when private equity firm Horizon Capital acquired them.

Since the acquisition, Warren and the team based in the North have set about acquiring similar cultured businesses across the UK to expand their skills and increase their client base.

In 2021 the business diversified its product offering when it acquired software development firm, Invu. The team at Agilico are currently introducing their hosted Telecoms solution and Invu – Verify (Automated invoice processing software) to their client base.
