Agilico Zero Launches Client Impact Reports To Coincide With World Earth Day

Workplace technology provider Agilico Zero is marking World Earth Day 2026 with the launch of a brand new report which shows clients their individual environmental impact.

World Earth Day is celebrated across the globe on April 22 each year, designed to encourage businesses, organisations and individuals to work towards promoting climate action, education and environmental protection.

This year’s theme is Our Power, Our Planet and the Agilico Zero Impact Report has been launched to coincide with the event, aiming to highlight the measurable environmental benefits of choosing Agilico Zero remanufactured Multifunctional Devices (MFDs).

Agilico currently supports more than 10,000 organisations across the UK, helping improve operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact through a combination of workplace technology and expertise.
Tailored to each client, the report highlights how much carbon can be avoided and how much energy can be saved, giving a detailed view of the impact the print environment is making, based on each organisation’s specific usage.

Since the launch of Agilico Zero - Agilico’s circular technology programme - three years ago, Agilico has tracked and reported on the environmental impact of all its remanufactured devices, which means the data is grounded in real performance and not estimates.

Agilico Zero’s remanufacturing process has also been independently assessed to measure its carbon impact, while all devices are now BSI Kitemark™ certified.

“Transparency is key and it’s about being open and confident about the way things are done,” said Sam Saunders, Head of Marketing for Agilico. “We have the figures and the evidence to show that choosing Agilico Zero is good for businesses and the planet. “Clients can reduce their environmental impact without compromising on performance and reliability and because all the information is visible, it’s much easier to understand their own progress.

“This information can then be shared with stakeholders and decision makers and used to support sustainability strategies and take the steps needed to reduce their own individual environmental impact.”

Last month, Agilico Zero revealed it has so far diverted more than two million kilograms of technology from landfill, the equivalent of 163 Routemaster London buses.

The data also shows steady year-on-year growth since the launch of the circular technology programme in April 2023, with 5,856 multifunction devices remanufactured through Agilico Zero in this time.

"By remanufacturing devices wherever possible and recycling responsibly when products reach the end of their life, we are helping organisations reduce waste and lower carbon emissions,” added Sam Saunders.

“Now, we are sharing the insights gained with clients so they can start to take control of their impact. We believe the Agilico Zero Impact Report can play a vital role in changing the way businesses and organisations think and act and we’re proud to be among the pioneers of change.”
