As a child, Dean Benson was obsessed with figuring out how things work. It’s a fascination he still holds today and, combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set, has led to some insanely innovative ideas.

Throughout college and university Dean set-up multiple businesses, from software and programming to consultancy, but it wasn’t until 1998 that he launched multi-award-winning Visualsoft.

Visualsoft employs more than 200 people and creates solutions for over 1,000 retailers who want to build and grow their business online. As one of the UK’s pioneering digital agencies, they provide e- and m-commerce, online marketing services and support to a diverse range of traders from enterprise clients and high street chains, to boutiques and independent stores.
