With AI moving so quickly, the question for businesses is not whether to act, but what to do next. 

Join Adam McEnaney, founder of Axiom AI Insights, for an interactive workshop designed to move the conversation away from tools and prompts, and towards how AI could change the way your company operates.
 
In a practical session for people who want to understand the opportunities ahead, we’ll explore where AI can make a difference now, what is worth your time and investment, and, if AI continues developing at its current pace, what your business might look like by 2030.
 
With AI already used to improve customer service, support people, manage knowledge, reduce administration, and make better-informed decisions, we’ll look further ahead, asking what these changes mean for the way businesses are structured, how work gets done, and the choices leaders need to start making today.
 
A hands-on session, a good part of the morning will be spent at round tables with other business leaders, sharing what you’re already doing and what’s getting in the way. Bringing examples and experience from businesses already putting AI to work, whether you’re working out where to start or already using AI across the business, Adam will help you prioritise what to pursue and how to make it work.

The Conversation
Throughout the morning, Adam will focus on familiar business challenges, including:

•    How AI can help you respond to customers faster, more consistently, and meet changing expectations.
•    How to capture what your business knows, rather than leaving it in people’s heads.
•    Where AI could reduce manual work across reporting, job sheets, rotas, and everyday processes.
•    How AI can strengthen research, competitor analysis, and market understanding.
•    How to judge whether using AI is improving something that matters in your business.
•    What to use and avoid, and what controls you need around company and customer data.
•    How responsibilities could change as AI takes on more tasks.

 
You’ll also hear from a North East business owner who is already putting AI into practice, before the room chooses where Adam goes deeper in the final part of the session.
