Durham Cricket, Seat Unique Riverside, Chester-le-Street, Co. Durham, DH3 3SH
It’s not hard to find the core values of a business, they are often printed on the office wall, prominently displayed on the company websites, and even feature in the new employee handbook. They are everywhere if you really look for them!
Now ask yourself whether those values are alive in your business today? Is your organisation prepared to take a financial hit to stick to its values? Would the business fire an employee who didn’t follow their values?
Our speakers, Bob Keiller and Derrick Thomson believe that having clear core values is essential for shaping your business culture by providing the framework that ensures your employees know what behaviours are expected of them.
Join our half day workshop to understand how having clear core values will help shape your journey and underpin business outcomes.
Bob and Derrick believe you could double your profits and quadruple the value of your business. An outrageous claim you say! Come and find out more from our speakers who have done just that.
Their session will be stimulating, interactive and very good fun – those who saw Bob’s keynote at our 2019 Fortune Favours the Brave conference will understand why.
