As an award-winning serial entrepreneur, investor, chair, NED, best-selling author, podcast host and mother, Sophie has a lot to say, but it’s the stories of others Sophie is interested in hearing with her latest business, Moja.
Based in Newcastle, Moja help business leaders amplify their personal and professional profiles, helping them to become known within their industries.
Sophie understands the importance of building a professional profile - so much so that she credits this with the success of her last business, SRS, which she founded in 2013 and saw it become the leading provider of assessment centre simulations, training over 30,000 students before exiting via sale in 2022.
Launching Moja in 2022 and building it into an award-winning PR company is just one of Sophie’s incredible achievements. Among accolades and titles – including an MBE in the 2023 New Years Honours list – Sophie has given her time to many local charities and organisations, cementing her role as a champion for business in the North East.
In addition to being a supporter of Northern Power Women and co-founder of City Ladies Networking, Sophie is also a Chair of Smart Works Newcastle and has achieved huge success delivering the aim of doubling the number of unemployed women supported with interview clothing and coaching across the North East. She’s also responsible for securing Sara Davies MBE as the charity’s ambassador.
Join our exclusive dinner and learn more about Sophie’s incredible journey, the power of building your profile and Sophie’s ambitious future plans for Moja.
