Round Table Discussion: Getting Investment Ready

With Aaron Lawson-Clark, LDC

21 June 2023, 14:00 - 16:30

Gateshead College, Baltic Business Quarter, Gateshead, NE8 3BE

Access to finance remains one of the main barriers to growth for SMES – but it doesn’t have to be.

That’s why we’ve planned this round table discussion where we’ll break down the investment myths and share how you can make your business investment ready.

To understand your options for investment, we’ve invited Aaron Lawson-Clark, LDC to explore the topic in more detail. We’ll address questions such as how do you know your business is ready for investment? Do you have a business model and people to interest investors? And how and where do you go to find investment that’s right for you and your business?

Entrepreneurs with experience in the area are also invited to come along and share their advice too.

Our round tables are shaped by your views and experience, so while we hope to cover the topics above, we may discuss other subjects related to investment during the session.
