ABOUT IVAN
Ivan Hollingsworth is the founder of Centric Consultants and has spent more than two decades working in and alongside leadership teams in growing businesses. He advises founders and senior leaders on strengthening organisations as they scale, drawing on real-world experience as well as the latest research and theory.

Speaking openly about his own career journey - including the highs and lows of training as an elite-level athlete and leading award-winning fundraising initiatives - Ivan’s experiences have shaped his understanding of what truly drives high-performing teams. 

Ivan also dedicates time to CHUF (Children’s Heart Unit Fund), supporting the charity’s leadership and wider impact.
