Building a business from £100,000 to £1million rarely happens by accident. It usually involves a shift in mindset, structure, leadership, and execution. But what does that look like in practice?
At the first ASCENT Founder Event, we’ll bring together three entrepreneurs who have each grown their business in very different ways.
Involving you in an honest conversation about the realities of founder-led growth, this won’t be a presentation or theory-led workshop. It’s a practical, grounded discussion shaped by real experience, with the opportunity to ask questions and examine the challenges you are navigating.
Joining us for the conversation will be:
• Kari Owers, Founder of O Agency
• Dean Benson, Founder of Visualsoft
• To be announced
Together, they’ll explore topics including:
• The role of the founder when growing from £100,000 to £1million
• When is the right time to bring in senior leadership support
• The key lessons they learned while scaling to that first million
• What changes, and what doesn’t, as your business grows
• The realities of pressure, decision-making, and leadership during growth
ASCENT is a new series of events to support smaller business owners who are serious about growth (£100k - £250K). Rooted in the principle of entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs, it combines insightful events with direct access to experienced founders who have built and led businesses through scale - find out more.
Alongside our ASCENT cohort, Entrepreneurs’ Forum members are invited to join us for the morning and are encouraged to bring a founder they believe would benefit from being part of the first ASCENT cohort.
