Has AI changed your business, or just your inbox?
Almost all entrepreneurs are using AI, and for many, the first step was easy enough. Drafting some emails, summarising long documents, researching faster, getting through the day with less friction. But has AI actually changed how your business operates, or is it mainly making individual tasks quicker?
Six months on from Andy's last AI round table, this confidential discussion will look at what entrepreneurs have tried, what is and isn’t working, and where AI is starting to make a meaningful difference inside businesses.
Chaired by Andy Greener of Komodo Digital, the conversation will move beyond prompts and personal productivity to the next step: integrating AI into processes, teams, and the way work gets done.
The session is designed for a mixed room. You might be using AI mainly to draft the occasional email, or you may already have it embedded into parts of your operation. Either way, the value will come from comparing notes with other entrepreneurs, hearing what people are doing, and identifying where there may be opportunities for you to go further.
The Conversation
This round table will be shaped by the experience in the room, with areas likely to include:
What You’ll Take Away
You will leave with a clearer sense of where your business sits in its use of AI, and what the next practical step could look like. Rather than a tour of tools and prompts, this conversation will help you compare real experiences, identify useful ideas from other businesses, and think more critically about where AI could change the way work gets done. Whether you are experimenting or embedding AI into your operation, the aim is to move the conversation from what AI can do to what it is actually changing.
The Small Print
Our round tables are shaped by the insights and experiences of attendees, so while we aim to cover the topics above, we may also dive into other related areas during the session.
